VILLAGGIO-CAMPING SCIALMARINO REGULATIONS 2026

Management, upon accepting a booking, undertakes to provide the customer with accommodation/a pitch of the same type as the one booked; under no circumstances does it undertake to hand over a specific numbered accommodation/pitch.

For safety reasons and in order to carry out cleaning and sanitizing operations, accommodations are available for check-in starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure. Payment for the entire booked period is made as follows: 30% at the time of booking and the balance upon arrival.

Communications regarding cancellations or withdrawals will only be considered if made by email to info@scialmarino.it.

In the event of a shortened stay due to late arrival or early departure, whatever the cause, no refunds will be granted.

  • For camping area bookings, free cancellation is available, with 10% of the amount withheld for administrative fees, except for the period from 01/08 to 31/08, during which the deposit is NOT refundable.
  • For apartment or room bookings, the deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking, with 10% of the amount withheld for administrative fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS OR APARTMENTS:

From opening until 26/06 and from 12/09 until closing. The customer may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The customer pays the cost of the first night if cancelling within 2 days of arrival.

From 27/06 to 24/07 and from 29/08 to 11/09. The customer may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Within 5 days of arrival, the customer pays 50% of the total cost.

From 25/07 to 28/08. The customer may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the full booking amount if cancelling within 7 days of arrival.

The use of sports and recreational facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk. Minors must be accompanied by persons who take responsibility for them.

Every guest is responsible for looking after their own personal belongings; Management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles.

Please keep bathrooms, sinks, and all other shared sanitary facilities as clean as possible.

Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily according to the following schedule:

Morning: 6:00–7:30 AM and 1:00–2:00 PM. Afternoon/Evening: 4:00–5:00 PM and 9:00–10:00 PM. Access to the facilities is not permitted during these times.

Do not wash clothing or dishes in sinks intended for personal hygiene.

Use drinking water for food and drink purposes only; washing cars, caravans, dinghies, or other items is not permitted. Dispose of waste and other items in the designated containers.

Dogs* are allowed, but must be kept on a leash in common areas such as the bar and restaurant/pizzeria. *Please refer to the specific dog regulations.

Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas. Do not drive vehicles that could endanger guests’ safety; the use of electric scooters is prohibited. In any case, the use of any means of transport is prohibited during the hours designated for guests’ quiet time and rest.

Do not light fires on pitches, in wooded areas, or on the beach.

Do not change the location of your tent or other equipment without the prior consent of Management and the corresponding update of your registration form.

Please observe quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from midnight to 7:00 AM.

DRIVING CARS WITHIN THE VILLAGE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Leaving umbrellas and sun loungers on the public beach beyond the hours set out in these regulations is not permitted.

By entering the Village, guests accept these regulations, which may also be supplemented by notices displayed to the public.

Management reserves the right to ask anyone who does not comply with the internal regulations to leave the Village.

The parties mutually consent to the processing of personal data, which they undertake to handle in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, GDPR 2016/679, and subsequent amendments and updates.
